CO₂ Extracted Oils Wholesale from India

CO₂ extracted oils are concentrated botanical materials produced using pressurised carbon dioxide as the extraction medium. By carefully controlling pressure and temperature, selected aromatic and oil-soluble components can be separated from flowers, seeds, roots, spices, beans and other plant materials.

Once extraction is complete, the carbon dioxide returns to its gaseous state and is removed from the finished material. This process does not require the conventional organic solvents commonly used for some other botanical extracts.

CO₂ extracts should not automatically be treated as direct replacements for steam-distilled essential oils. Their colour, viscosity, aroma strength and chemical profile can be different. Some extracts are fluid, while others may be thick or semi-solid at room temperature. Buyers should review the individual product specification and current batch documentation before using the material in a formulation.

Our CO₂ Extract Collection

R. K. Essential Oils Company supplies a focused range of CO₂ extracted oils for perfumers, cosmetic formulators, fragrance houses, soap and candle makers, product-development laboratories and other professional buyers.

The collection includes:

Each material has its own botanical source, aroma profile, consistency and recommended application. Please open the individual product page for available sizes and product-specific information.

Applications and Formulation

Depending on the botanical material and extract type, CO₂ extracts may be evaluated for:

  • Natural and fine-fragrance formulation

  • Cosmetic and personal-care product development

  • Soaps, candles and home-fragrance products

  • Incense and aromatic compositions

  • Research, sampling and raw-material evaluation

The appropriate usage level depends on the extract, finished product and applicable regulations. Compatibility, stability and safety testing should be completed before commercial production.

Samples, Bulk Orders and Documents

Selected CO₂ extracted oils are available in sample and commercial pack sizes. Samples allow buyers to evaluate aroma, colour, texture and compatibility before ordering a larger quantity. Bulk availability varies by product and batch.

A Certificate of Analysis and Safety Data Sheet may be supplied according to the selected product and current batch. If you require a particular specification, botanical source, packaging size or supporting document, please confirm it before placing the order.

We serve manufacturers, importers, distributors and fragrance businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, the UAE and other international markets. Storage and Handling

Keep CO₂ extracts in tightly sealed containers away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Some products may become thicker or partially solid at lower temperatures; refer to the individual product specification for suitable handling instructions. These are concentrated raw materials and should be properly evaluated before use in a finished formulation.
